Terms for hosts

Draft, October 2026. Perkpin is run by The Way Inspirations Ltd.

Using Perkpin

Perkpin is free for hosts during the pilot. You’re responsible for what you put in your guides, for the extras you offer and for honouring any you accept.

Your guests’ data

You control the personal data of guests who join your guest list, and you must use it lawfully. Only send marketing to guests who agreed to it, and always include a way to unsubscribe. Perkpin processes this data on your behalf and only to provide the service.

What not to publish

Don’t put door codes, key-safe codes or other security details in a guide. Anyone with the guest link can read it.

Booking platforms

Follow the rules of the platforms you list on. For example, don’t send direct booking links in Airbnb messages.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service as Perkpin develops, including introducing a share of extras sold through card payments. We’ll tell you before any charge applies.
