Guests

When you join a host’s guest list in a Perkpin guide, your details (first name, email, optional mobile number, and whether you’re happy to hear about offers) are shared with that host. The host decides how to use them and is responsible for them. Perkpin stores them on the host’s behalf.

If you ask for an extra or leave feedback, what you send goes to your host. If you’re happy to hear about offers, your host may email you. Every email must let you unsubscribe.

To have your details removed, ask your host or email privacy@perkpin.com.

Hosts

We keep your account details (name, email, password stored securely as a one-way hash) and the content you add to your guides. We use them to run Perkpin and to contact you about your account. We don’t sell personal data.

Local businesses

If you sign up to offer a perk, we keep your business and contact details to run the partnership and show your perk to guests nearby.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: to keep hosts logged in and to remember that a guest has unlocked perks. No advertising cookies.

Where data is stored

Perkpin runs on Cloudflare. Data may be processed outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
